HOW TO USE

Use AM or PM. Apply directly to clean. dry skin – no rinse needed. Start 2–3 times per week. increase to daily if skin tolerates. Apply PHA Body Water Cream on non-target areas to maintain smooth skin.

Follow with

Body moisturiser or PHA Body Water Cream. Apply SPF to treated areas if exposed to sun.

• KP (keratosis pilaris) Bumps: Up to 2x daily to smooth rough. bumpy skin.
• Ingrown Hairs: Up to 2x daily; reduce to 1x daily once improved.
• Body Breakouts: Up to 2x daily to unclog pores.
• Underarms or bikini area Discolouration: 1x daily. Wait 10–15 min before deodorant.
• Post-hair removal: wait 8 hours before applying.
• Dry. Cracked Heels: Up to 2x daily. For overnight use. apply thicker layer and wear socks.
